Hi, I’m Angie, and I’m so glad you stopped by!

Humanitarian work, social justice, and affecting positive change are my favorite things. I am deeply driven, passionate, and I crave transparency and authenticity with others — especially in the church.

I am wife to my handsome pastor hubby, mama to three young adult sons, and our family had the blessed addition of a thirteen year old girl to the mix a few years back. So, now I finally have someone to read Anne of Green Gables with! Our family just transitioned back home to Kentucky after living a full decade in Maryland.

I love reading, nutrition, traveling, and just about anything outdoors. I also love the church, although my relationship with it has been complicated over the years. Lastly, I have a background in social work and sociology but spent the last several years working for a Member of Congress.

I have regularly used my voice for those who have had less of one but am learning to use my voice for me too— simply because it’s mine. I hope to encourage others to do the same!
